At Dar Alayna, we understand that mistakes can happen when placing an order. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 3 hours of placing your order.

If your cancellation request is received within this timeframe and your order has not entered processing, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Cancellation requests made after the 3-hour window are not guaranteed and may not be possible.

ORDER AMENDMENTS

If you need to amend your order, including changes to:

  • Delivery Address
  • Product Selection
  • Size

Please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order.

We will do our best to accommodate changes where possible. However, once an order has entered processing, amendments can no longer be made.

ORDERS ALREADY PROCESSED OR DISPATCHED

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

REFUND PROCESSING

Where a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. The time taken for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
