At Dar Alayna, we hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review the policy below before requesting an exchange.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, measurements and sizing information before placing an order.

By placing an order with Dar Alayna, you acknowledge and agree to the policy outlined below.

RETURNS

Unfortunately we do not accept returns at this time.

As a small business operating with limited stock quantities, we are currently unable to offer returns for change of mind, personal preference or incorrect size selection.

To maintain our quality standards and ensure all customers receive new, unworn garments, all sales are considered final.

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, measurements and sizing information carefully before placing an order. If you require sizing assistance, please contact us prior to purchasing and we will be happy to help.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect size selection or any other non-fault-related reason.

All sales are final.

Please ensure you have reviewed all product details and sizing information before completing your purchase.

EXCHANGES (UK ONLY)

Exchanges are available for UK customers only.

If you wish to request an exchange, you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. To request an exchange, please contact us at:

Exchange requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including the cost of returning the original item. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested item or size is unavailable, we reserve the right to offer store credit or decline the exchange request.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup or other marks
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Returned in their original packaging where possible

Items that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for an exchange

EXCHANGE INSPECTION & REFUSED ITEMS

All exchanged items will be inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges where items:

  • Have been worn, washed or used
  • Are missing original tags
  • Show signs of perfume, deodorant, makeup or other marks
  • Have been damaged after delivery
  • Do not comply with the conditions outlined in this policy

 

If an item does not meet our exchange requirements, the exchange request will be refused. A postage invoice will be issued to the customer to cover the cost of returning the item back to them.

If the postage invoice is not paid within a reasonable timeframe, Dar Alayna reserves the right to dispose of the item.

No replacement, refund or store credit will be issued for refused exchange requests.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on international orders.

All international sales are final.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photographs of the item

We will review the matter and work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.

If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the parcel.

COLOUR & PRODUCT VARIATIONS

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.However, colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions, photography and individual device screens.

Minor variations are not considered faults.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS & EMBELLISHMENTS

Some of our garments feature delicate hand-finished embellishments, including beadwork, embroidery and decorative detailing.

Due to the nature of these intricate finishes, extra care should be taken when wearing, handling and storing your garment.

To help preserve the quality and longevity of your item, we strongly recommend following the care instructions provided on each product page.

Dar Alayna cannot be held responsible for damage caused by failure to follow the recommended care instructions, improper washing, excessive friction, snagging or general wear and tear after delivery.
